Welcome to The Communication Toolbox! I’m Elizabeth Lea and I started The Communication Toolbox in 2010. For the last 15 or so years, I have been supporting kids and adults to learn more about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and it has been an absolute joy. I have met amazing people and have witnessed beautiful connections, interactions and conversations. I love thinking about how we can utilise assistive technology and enjoy keeping up with new developments, research and tech.

When I’m not immersed in all things AAC, I’m either watching my kids play sport, driving them to it or reading about dinosaurs.
